Shipping

Shipping policy

How much are the shipping costs?

  1. For domestic U.S. shipping we charge a flat rate of $30.00 per item for weight greater than 5lbs or swivel brackets.
  2. For shipping to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $60.00 per item for weight greater than 5lbs or swivel brackets.
  3. Shipping large/heavy items incurs a flat rate charge of $200-$500 depending on the product weight and size. Large items that have to ship freight will take a few business days longer to arrive.

How to save on international shipping costs?
Our customers frequently use a private mailbox (PMB), which accepts FedEx packages inside the U.S. and is located near the CA/US/MEX border.

  1. They either pick it up in the US and bring it back to Canada or Mexico.
  2. They install it in the United States before returning to Canada or Mexico because the installation only takes about 30-60 minutes for our products.

How to check my existing orders?

  • If you are a registered user, please Login -> My Account -> Order History -> Your Order ID -> Under the "Order History" -> "Comment" section you should be able to see your order tracking#.

Your order will ship out by the next day. Since our warehouse is not open on weekends, all orders from Fri-Sat have to wait until the following Monday to ship out, same rule applies to all national holidays as well.

What's the package transit time for the domestic U.S. and Canada?

U.S. domestic shipping is 2-7 business days, typically 3-5 business days.

For Canada, the transit time take up to 7 to 14 business days.  The customer is responsible for any fees related to customs, clearance fees, duties, or taxes incurred due to international shipping.

  2. If your order is stuck in "Processing" shipping status for longer than 4 days, please contact us via Live Chat or email, and we will troubleshoot the order issue for you.
