The front driver & passenger covers for my 2021 Sprinter DONT EVEN FIT!!! They don't sell you what's advertised!! And good luck trying to call them or good luck if they respond to an email!!!! NEVER WILL I SPEND MY MONEY AT KOOLANDS. THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!

Wow, I have a lot to say. This company is a similar to a "knock-off" company. I feel like they buy knock offs from China, they created a fancy website and they advertise as if their products are TOP NOTCH. Well....THEY ARE NOT TOP NOTCH!!! They are seconds.....they are copy cats from the original companies that make the ladders, racks, etc. The basic $750 dollar Sprinter ladder I purchased came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! You can find the Kookland video...but it SUCKS!! The guy installing the ladder on the video screws up one of the holes that he drills uner that van!!! **** company.......I WILL NOT BE BUYING anything from Kooland again. I emailed them to ask for some instructions on the ladder, CRICKETS!!!! They sold me, on a Flash Sale, window shades for my Sprinter that weren't even the same shades that they advertised that I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING!!!!! **** COMPANY!!! I feel like they ran a Flash Sale - sold out and then sold me other shades that were in some box that they got as samples.
Love the swivel. If only everything in the van was so easy to install.
Why did I not install these first! Best modification to my entire van build . So much more space for activities!🫶🏼❤️🙏
