Have the factory electric seats the swivel works great
We are already loving this swivel seat platform. It increases the usage of our passenger seat 10-fold! Can't see having another van without one of these.
I bought a pair of these for my ford transit. The swivels seem decent but there are three issues which need to be addressed. First, there are no transit specific instructions. It’s not like installing a seat bracket is complicated, but direction of bolts, holes to use, and position of this bracket with many holes is hard to figure out with the heavy seat on top. Who knows how the 12 washers were intended to be stacked? Second, the bolts that go into the nylon nuts are too short and don’t fully engage the nylon lock nuts. This is a big safety issue. The pictures in your ads show the proper length bolts. Third, some guidance on setting swivel tension should be included. Mine were way too stiff and not lubricated. You need to address these issues.

This didn't fit not, even close. It was only sitting on 2 corners or like a chair with one leg too short. It took one inch of shims before it sat right. Expect to need a welder, a drill, a drill tap and a grinder to fix which at this point defeats the purpose. The swivel base I bought did fit perfectly on the oem base but one hole was half way out on the Koolands base. I was told I was going to get another one shipped but it never came and lost hope at this point. Kooland is not a thrustworthy company. They will lie to you, not keep their end of the bargain by sending you something defective in every possible way and walk away. This quickly became obvious when I called for help explaining the problem and was told to torque it down. If it needs one inch of shims to sit right, I just can't comprehend the amount of distortion this would induce, clearly dealing with somebody who couldn't care less. The minute I'll be less busy I will go on every van forum and tell everybody who you really are...
