Attention to All Our Swivel Bracket Customers!! Do not alter any of the swivel bracket mounting holes. This voids the lifetime warranty and USDOT certification.
If the swivel bracket holes DO NOT align with the seat base, you likely ordered the wrong swivel SKU#. Or may be attempting to install on the wrong side or upside down. In some cases, compatibility issues are due to having non-OEM seats/seat-bases installed, usually on used vehicles.
Please double-check your seat/base and thisswivel compatibilitylist before you place an order.
NOTE: For the top of the swivel bracket plate, make sure the bolt goes up through the hole from under the seat rail and the nut is placed on top of the seat rail (as pictured) for all sets of bolts and nuts needed to mount the seat to the swivel. Please DO NOT add any washers on the nut side. This is important for clearance.
The newest version of our swivel ships with no rear locking positions punched out by default to allow free swiveling when in the reversed position. The metal tabs can be easily removed if you want to use the additional locking positions. Use a flathead screwdriver. Insert the head into the gap and tilt the screwdriver; this can also be done with a pry tool. The tab should come out quickly.

Zip ties
Installation Steps:
1. Preparation:
Park your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van on a flat, level surface and engage the parking brake.
Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery to prevent electrical accidents.
Remove any objects from the front seats and ensure there is ample working space around the seats.
2. Remove the Front Seats:
Using the appropriate tools, unbolt the front seats from the seat base. Keep track of the bolts as you will need them for reinstallation.
Carefully disconnect any electrical connectors attached to the seat(s), such as seat belt sensors or power seat controls.
Lift the seats out of the van and set them aside in a safe location.
3. Install the Swivel Base:
Place the Heavy Duty Seat Swivel Bracket onto the seat base of the van where the front seats were previously located.
Rotate the swivel sightly before installing to allow clearance for the bolts.
Align the mounting holes of the swivel bracket with the existing holes in the seat base of the van.
Secure the swivel bracket to the base using the provided bolts, nuts, and washers. Insert the bolts from the top of the bracket and tighten the nuts from underneath using a socket wrench. Ensure proper alignment and tighten the nuts securely.
4. Attach the Handbrake Lowering Adapter Plate (if needed):
Unbolt the handbrake handle.
Place the handbrake lowering adapter plate onto the bracket, aligning it with the mounting holes.
Use the provided bolts, nuts, and washers to fasten the adapter plate to the handbrake bracket securely. Ensure that the adapter plate is level and properly aligned before tightening the nuts.
Reattach the handbrake handle to the new adapter plate.
5. Reinstall the Front Seats:
Lift the front seats onto the seat swivel bracket, ensuring that they are positioned correctly and securely. Insert the bolts from the bottom to secure the bracket (see image at top of page).
Reconnect any electrical connectors that were detached earlier, such as seat belt sensors or power seat controls.
Use the original bolts to fasten the seats to the swivel bracket, tightening them securely with a socket wrench.
6. Secure Wiring and Cables:
Use zip ties to neatly secure any wiring or cables that may be exposed due to the seat swivel installation. This will prevent them from interfering with the swivel mechanism or getting damaged during use.
7. Test the Swivel Mechanism:
With the installation complete, test the swivel mechanism to ensure smooth operation and proper functionality.
Rotate the front seats to verify that there are no obstructions or issues with the swivel bracket.
8. Final Checks:
Double-check all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tightened securely.
Reconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
Test the functionality of any electrical components associated with the front seats, such as seat adjustments and seat belt sensors.

If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the installation process, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions or contact customer support for assistance.
Roof Rack Installation:
There are multiple boxes containing the parts for assembly. You should have received everything thar you see here. To complete the installation, you need some basic tools, a power drill, wrench and socket sets, set of hex bits, a measuring tape, and a ladder or two.
After removing the components from the box, you start by first sliding the stainless roof mounting bolts into the stock roof rails. Space out these bolts to fit the side panels, and place the side ladder and side panels over the bolts. Be sure to account for the ladder which requires two bolts positioned near the cutouts in the side panels.
Next you will bolt on the front crossbar which contains the mounting points for the wind break we will utilize later. Installing the front bar first enables easier installation of the connection plates and crossbars.
Now you can easily connect the side panels using the square connection plates to secure them together.
After securing these, you can install the remaining cross bars needed for your roof layout, the largest crossbar being positioned in the rear of the rack. The rest are adjustable in their mounting position along the middle slots to accommodate the spacing you need.
Once all the crossbars are attached you can now bolt down the roof rack to the roof of the van. Doing this step later ensures the rack is square and secure.
Next remove the protective film from the wind break and add the rubber strip to the bottom curved edge.
You can then attach the wind break panel to the front cross bar, this is most effectively done starting with the middle mounting points.
Once securely fastened, you can install the light bar mounts and included light bar. The last step is mounting the side ladder to the lower edge of the vehicle trim. To provide adequate attachment space, we include a mount plate.
And that’s it, a simple installation for a product designed for you and built to last. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via email or our website.
Thank you and have a great time on your next adventure.

Ladder is a 5 out of 10. SHADES - DONT FIT CORRECTLY!!!!!
Wow, I have a lot to say. This company is a similar to a "knock-off" company. I feel like they buy knock offs from China, they created a fancy website and they advertise as if their products are TOP NOTCH. Well....THEY ARE NOT TOP NOTCH!!! They are seconds.....they are copy cats from the original companies that make the ladders, racks, etc. The basic $750 dollar Sprinter ladder I purchased came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! You can find the Kookland video...but it SUCKS!! The guy installing the ladder on the video screws up one of the holes that he drills uner that van!!! **** company.......I WILL NOT BE BUYING anything from Kooland again. I emailed them to ask for some instructions on the ladder, CRICKETS!!!! They sold me, on a Flash Sale, window shades for my Sprinter that weren't even the same shades that they advertised that I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING!!!!! **** COMPANY!!! I feel like they ran a Flash Sale - sold out and then sold me other shades that were in some box that they got as samples.
