I checked with neighbors and tried contacting the seller. I did not receive my package. At this point because of the lack of customer service, I will not bother to pay the clearance price again.
The rack is really great at this price. Had a little bend from shipping, but it straightened up easily and didn't mark the finish at all. Complete set of hardware and straightforward to put on (took just over an hour, and I was adjusting for solar. You'll need some larger washers if you move the crossbars around.
The valance I got was metal instead of the acrylic shown. The curve isn't exactly right for the sprinter, but it's close enough. Looks good, and there is no noticeable wind noise at highway speeds.
Wish I would have bought it when they packaged the ladder with the rack.
I installed this on the passenger front seat in my 2008 Express 1500 Explorer. Despite the specs specifying that it is not for a power seat, It installed and works perfect. I did have to trim the bottom of the seatbelt cover on the left side of the seat. You also need to ensure that the seat is up all the way before turning.
Install was easy...with patience. Which bolts to use where...washers go where again...etc. But it was actually an easy install and the swivel works great...2022 Transit...full power passenger side. And yes - it swivels with the door closed.
